Dear Friend, Many funding opportunities have close deadlines that make it difficult for NGOs to carry out their research and develop a proper proposal and submit it on time. While many donors set timelines to receive applications from prospective grantees, it is not possible for all organizations to be prompt in meeting funding deadlines. However, there are some donor agencies that accept proposals without deadlines.
